One of the first things people will mention after moving towards Plant-Based Eating is that they are unsure of what new ingredients, spices, & other items they will need & which ones may be unnecessary.
Let's take a look at your pantry, cabinets, fridge, & more. Nobody wants to get halfway through a new recipe and realize they are missing an ingredient so we will also talk about simple things to use in place of the new ingredients.
Once you register, you will receive an email with next steps including a few questions for me to get a better idea of where you are in terms of cooking, meal go-to's, etc. We will chat a bit via email then set up a Webcam or FaceTime call that works for you and take a virtual tour of your kitchen with the option of having a 2nd, follow-up call.
Prior to the course start date you will receive a welcome email with an attached PDF course guide as well as links to the Private Facebook Group & Zoom webcam platform.
